Sweepstakes Casinos That Accept Neteller in 2026

Neteller is one of the most popular e-wallets right now, so I decided to test six sweepstakes casinos and see which support it for purchases and prize redemptions. There are a lot of platforms that list this payment method as accepted, only to realize there are restrictions for US accounts.... Show more

How We Tested Neteller Sweepstakes Casinos

I include casinos where I’ve personally completed a purchase and a redemption via Neteller. Platforms that list Neteller without delivering transactions is both directions are not included, as Jumbo88 is the only exception.

  • Purchase: I made a minimum purchase via Neteller at each platform and I check the time between payment initiation to SC credited in my account.
  • Redemption: I submit redemptions via Neteller and time the process from request to funds hitting my Neteller wallet.
  • Fee tracking: I noted every fee charged, including Neteller’s own fees, platform-side processing charges and currency conversion rates.
  • US availability: I verified Neteller availability for US players specifically.
  • Minimum thresholds: I noted each minimum purchase price at all six casinos, as well as SC values and Neteller minimum redemptions requirements.
  • Welcome bonus: I tested whether Neteller payment triggers the welcome bonus automatically or if there are eligibility limitations.
  • Mobile play: Neteller app purchases and redemption are made on mobile at every platform.

I needed to spend multiple sessions at each platform to cover all important details of the Neteller experience, because purchase confirmation is not enough and the redemptions test is the one that makes the biggest difference across sweepstakes platforms.

The Neteller Casinos That Stood Out Most During Our Testing

All platforms below are confirmed to accept Neteller for purchases and prize redemptions, with Jumbo88 being the only flagged exception.

Crown Coins Casino

crowncoinscasino-homepage

Neteller Purchase Experience

I made the minimum purchase of $4.99 via Neteller and the checkout redirected me to the Neteller login page, where authentication took less than 30 seconds before I returned to the casino page automatically and SC were credited within 20 seconds of confirming with no friction or additional verification prompt.

Neteller Redemptions Experience

I selected Neteller as my payout method before submitting the redemption request for the minimum 100 SC. Crown Cpoins prompted an account email confirmation before proceeding and the redemptions was marked “approved” within two hours while funds hit my account 20 hours later.

Fees Observed

Crown Coins had no fees on its side for Neteller purchases and it was the same on the redemptions side. Neteller’s own wallet fees did not apply since I funded via bank transfer and the transaction was in USD, so no currency exchange rates applied.

Welcome Bonus on First Neteller Purchase

My first Neteller purchase triggered the Crown Coins’s standard welcome package and I received my SC and GC bundle without any restirctions.

One Honest Note

Crown Coins always requires an email verification of your Neteller account address during redemptions and it is not just wallet authentication. If the email on your Neteller account is different from your Crown Coins account, you will end up in a bit of a hold. This is not disclosed on the payments page and it caught me on the first redemptions attempt before I matched both accounts with the same email.

FreeSpin Casino

freespin-homepage

Free Spin Casino full review

Neteller Purchase Experience

I got the entry-level package at FreeSpin, using Neteller and the redirect to the login page worked equally fast on desktop and mobile. The Neteller app opened directly with biometric authentication available and SC appeared in my balance within 15 seconds of payment confirmation. It was the fastest credit time across all six platforms I tested.

Neteller Redemptions Experience

Redemotion via Neteller is done through the Cashier in the Withdraw tab. I picked Neteller and entered the redemptions amount before submitting the request. I didn’t have to do any additional identity confirmations beyond the existing KYC on file. The processing time was 12 hours from submission to funds landing in my Neteller wallet, and it was the fastest of the six platforms I tested.

Fees Observed

FreeSpins had no Neteller fees on purchases or redemptions and Neteller also didn’t charge me a cent. The only cost consideration is if you fund your Neteller wallet via debit card rather than bank transfer, because Neteller will charge you funding fee of 2.5%.

Welcome Bonus on First Neteller Purchase

The welcome bonus triggered on the first Neteller purchase at FreeSpin and I received the standard SC bundle, which matched the advertised amount with no specific Neteller exclusions, which is not the case at all platforms, as some restrict bonus eligibility to certain payment methods only.

One Honest Note

FreeSpin’s minimum Neteller redemption is set at 50 SC, but the cashier displays a withdrawal minimum of $50, without specifying that Neteller has a separate processing minimum of $20. If you submit a $20-$50 redemption, it will be declined at the platform level before reaching Neteller. When I contacted support, they confirmed that the $50 floor is a FreeSpin policy, not a Neteller restriction.

LoneStar Casino

lonestar-homepage

Neteller Purchase Experience

The Neteller checkout at LoneStar had one extra step compared to the other platforms I tested. When I was redirected to Neteller and authenticated the transaction, I was returned to a LoneStar confirmation screen where I had to confirm the payment a second time before SC was credited. It literally added two extra seconds to the process and it wasn’t something major, but it’s still worth noting if you are used to one step confirmation.

Neteller Redemptions Experience

I opened LoneStar’s redemption section and chose Neteller before submitting my 75 SC prize request. LoneStar uses two-factor authentication via email before the redemption enters the queue. One I clicked my confirmation email, the request moved to processing and funds landed in my Neteller wallet in 38 hours.

Fees Observed

LoneStar has no additional fees on purchases and Neteller also didn’t take a cut from my payments, since the transactions were with USD.

Welcome Bonus on First Neteller Purchase

I triggered the welcome bonus with my first purchase and the SC bundle landed was credited alongside the purchased coins in the same transaction.

One Honest Note

The two-factor email confirmation during prize redemption was not mentioned on the cashier page. If you submit a redemption and your email has a slow delivery or checking on mobile, the link may expire after 15 minutes. My first redemption was delayed, because I missed the email confirmation window and had to resubmit.

Spinfinite Casino

Spinfinite Casino - Homepage

Spinfinite Casino reviewed in full

Neteller Purchase Experience

Neteller checkout at Spinfinite was pretty easy. The redirect was fast and a single authentication got me back to the casino where SC credited in about 25 seconds. The mobile experience was also clean with quick Neteller app redirect, biometric authentication and not a single page reload on Spinfinite.

Neteller Redemptions Experience

I chose Neteller as the payout method and submitted my 100 SC prize request. Spinfinite processed it without any extra verification steps apart from the KYC and funds appeared in my Neteller wallet in 20 hours, which was one of the fastest redemptions I got during my test.

Fees Observed

Spinfinite charges no fees on its side and Neteller also made all transactions for free. There is just one thing worth mentioning: Spinfinite’s minimum Neteller purchase is $9.99, slightly higher than some competing platforms, but it is a purchase floor, not a fee.

Welcome Bonus on First Neteller Purchase

I triggered the welcome bonus via my first Neteller payment and received the package as advertised with no hidden requirements or change of the GC and SC.

One Honest Note

Spinfinite lists Neteller in the payment page, but it doesn’t specify that it is only available for accounts registered with a US-compatible email domain and verified US phone number. Players who created Spinfinite account without phone verification will see Neteller greyed out as unavailable in the cashier until they complete the step.

Jumbo88 Casino

jumbo88-homepage

Jumbo88 Casino test results

Neteller Purchase Experience

I had not issues completing my Neteller purchase at Jumbo88. The checkout redirect worked very good and SC credited inside 30 seconds of confirming my payment. The cashier UI at Jumbo88 is not as good as other platforms in this list, but the Neteller payment flow functioned as it should with no extra steps or sessions breaks.

Neteller Redemptions Experience

Jumbo88 doesn’t offer Neteller redemptions. This is the one platform in this list where we can see the gap between purchase and redemption. The cashier supports Neteller for purchases, but redemptions need to go through ACH bank transfers or checks. If your main requirement is to have Neteller available for both purchases and prize redemptions, Jumbo88 is the only casino on this list that doesn’t offer it.

Fees Observed

Jumbo88 has no additional fees and since redemptions via Neteller are unavailable, there are no charges on the wallet’s side too. Players who redeem with ACH bank transfers should expect a 3-5 business days wait for processing.

Welcome Bonus on First Neteller Purchase

My first Neteller purchase activated Jumbo88’s welcome bonus and the SC bundle credited immediately after the coin bundle was completed. The welcome offer at Jumbo88 had no restriction on payment methods, so Neteller qualifies the same as debit card or bank transfer purchase.

One Honest Note

Jumbo88 lists Neteller in its payment page under withdrawal and deposit sections, but this is misleading. In practice, Neteller withdrawals are not functional for US players. The option is visible in the UI, but returns an error. I tested it twice to be sure and confirmed with support that Neteller redemptions are currently not supported for US accounts.

BigPirate Casino

bigpirate-overview

Read our BigPirate Casino review

Neteller Purchase Experience

I had not issues making my first Neteller purchase at BigPirate. I got redirected to Neteller fast and authentication took one step before I was returned to the casino site and had my SC credited in 20 seconds. The mobile flow was just as quick if not easier with biometric authentication that cut the time a bit. It really was one of the smoothest checkout experiences across all six platforms I tested.

Neteller Redemptions Experience

I made a 100 SC Neteller redemption and BigPirate didn’t ask for additional verification apart from the existing account KYC. The redemption was processed and funds appeared in my Neteller wallet 41 hours after my submission. BigPirate promised 24-48 hours to complete the transaction and kept the promise, though on the slower end compared to Crown Coins and FreeSpin.

Fees Observed

There are no platform fees at BigPirate and Neteller also didn’t charge me anything, since all transaction I made were with USD and no conversion charge was applied. BigPirate is one of the cleanest platforms in terms of clear rules and what the cashier shows is what you get.

Welcome Bonus on First Neteller Purchase

My first purchase didn’t trigger the welcome bonus at BigPirate. When I dug deep why this happened, I found it the casino excluded e-wallet payments, including Neteller and Skrill, from the welcome bonus eligibility. That is noted in the bonus terms, but is not flagged at the Neteller checkout step. Players who prioritize the welcome bundle should use their debit card for the first purchase and then can switch to Neteller for their next payments.

One Honest Note

The exclusion of e-wallets from the welcome bonus was the only downside during my BigPirate test. The Neteller payment option appears with no restrictions notice at checkout and only the bonus T&C specify this exclusion. If you plan to get your welcome bonus with your first Neteller payment, you will complete the purchase, but find only the coin bundle landing in your balance without the bonus.

What I Learned Using Neteller at Sweepstakes Casinos

All my observations come from live testing the six platforms and I feel like I need to flag them here, since most reviews skip the cross-platform comparisons entirely, even if it is one of the best ways to show the good and the bad at each casino.

Fastest redemption

FreeSpin Casino had the fastest Neteller redemption as funds landed in my wallet within 12 hours of submission. It was my first redemption with KYC already verified. Crown Coins and Spinfinite both clocked their redemptions in less than 24 hours, while LoneStar and BigPirate landed between 24-48 hours.

Easiest setup

Neteller account setup is not difficult and takes about 15 minutes. You need an email verification, identity document and funding your wallet before the first use. Once that’s done, the checkout at every casino was faster than card entry. The KYC step is the only bottleneck, but when you get cleared, Neteller is quicker to use than entering card details each time.

Smoothest first purchase

I had the best checkout experience at Crown Coins Casino. It took me just 20 seconds to get from Neteller redirection, through authentication to getting my SC into my balance. FreeSpin and BigPirate also did veruy good, while LoneStar stood out with its second confirmation step after the Neteller authentication, which added some friction without any security benefits.

Best mobile experience

FreeSpin Casino had the best Neteller mobile checkout with a fast redirect to the app, authenticating with biometrics and returning to the casino in seconds. BigPirate also handled mobile payments well, while Spinfinite’s mobile flow required a page reload to show the credited SC balance, which I thought was a failed transaction at first before looking at the coins available and realized what it was.

Biggest advantage over cards

The biggest advantage is that Neteller handles both purchases and redemptions with one account at five of the six platforms I tested. I received prizes without needing to set up a bank transfer or deal with a separate PayPal account. It was faster and required no additional configuration. The only exception was Jumbo88, where Neteller can be used for payments only.

US availability

All six platforms I tested featured Neteller in their lists of payment methods, but five of them worked correctly for US accounts. Jumbo88 was fine with Neteller for purchasing, but redemptions were not available, despite listing it under withdrawals.

What Is Neteller?

Neteller is an e-wallet owned by Paysafe Group and is used for online payments and transfers. The setup is similar to PayPal, as you need to create an account, complete identity verification and fund your wallet before the first use. Then, you can use your wallet balance as your payment source across multiple platforms.

At sweepstakes casinos, Neteller can work in both directions where platforms support it. You need to fund your Neteller wallet and use it to buy Gold Coin packages. Later, you can also select is as a redemption method and receive your prize the same way. It is the main reason most players pick Neteller, since they can deal with purchases and withdrawals with one account.

Neteller’s big advantage over using debit cards is that it can receive incoming funds. Apple Pay, Google Pay and bank cards work great for purchases, but cannot accept prize redemptions. Neteller and Skrill cover this.

When choosing Neteller, check the US availability. It has restrictions for US users that affect which sweepstakes casinos actually support it for US-registered accounts. Before registering, verify that the casino works well with Neteller. US restriction is the most common reasons testing fails even when a platform lists Neteller as accepted.

I use Neteller mainly for its two-way functionality. Having the freedom to pay and receive prizes with the same e-wallet saves a lot of time and I can track my transfers much easier than if I used debit cards.

Why Players Use Neteller at Sweepstakes Casinos

  • Functionality both ways: Neteller supports purchases and prize redemptions and it comes close to PayPal in terms of dealing fast and secure with both type of transfers.
  • Speed: Neteller’s redemptions are way faster than ACH bank transfers at every platform I tested where both were available. The average Neteller payout was around 20 hours, while ACH transfers took up to 5 business days.
  • Privacy: The casino deals with Neteller directly, not your card or bank account. Your bank information is not exposed in the transaction chain and is kept safe on Neteller’s servers.
  • Currency handling: Neteller can hold balances in multiple currencies and converts them easily, which is useful for players who manage international transactions or platforms that use non-USD currencies.
  • Simple verification: Once Neteller’s KYC is complete, identity verifications at casino level are usually simpler. The wallet has already confirmed your identity and this could speed up the redemption approval.

The trade-off: Keep in mind that Neteller charges fees on certain transactions like credit card funding or currency conversion. These are fully covered in the fees section below, including the inactivity fee that players using Neteller only occasionally, is worth factoring in. You can see our sweepstakes casino picks and ratings for platforms where Neteller’s advantages play a big role.

Neteller vs Skrill for Sweepstakes Casinos

Neteller and Skrill are owned by the same company and operate almost identically for sweepstakes casinos. Fee structure is the same and the platform acceptance rate across the six casinos I tested was also similar.

The practical difference is that Skrill is supported for purchases and redemptions at all six platforms in my testing, while Neteller hit a wall at Jumbo88. Where a platform offers both, the choice between them is a personal preference. If you are yet to set up an account, check which one is listed as available for deposits and withdrawals in your preferred casino. If you already have an account with one, there is no point setting up the other for sweepstakes casino use.

Neteller Fees Sweepstakes Players Should Know

Most competitors mention there are some fees, but never specify what they are and break them down.

Funding the Neteller wallet

  • Bank transfer: It is typically free and the best way to fund your wallet. It was the method I used across all platforms during testing.
  • Debit card: There is approximately 2.5% processing fee charged by Neteller.
  • Credit card: There is a higher fee, plus a risk of cash advance from the bank’s side, which can trigger additional charges.

Sweepstakes casino purchases via Neteller

  • None of the six platforms I tested charged me for using Neteller during purchases.
  • The only purchase cost is a fee Neteller may have charged when you funded your wallet. The transaction between the wallet and the casinos are usually processed with no feees.

Neteller redemptions – receiving funds

  • Receiving Sweeps Coins redemptions into Neteller is free from the wallet’s side at every platform I tested.
  • There are no processing fees on the casino side, also.

Currency conversion

It applies when the platform makes transactions in currencies different from your Neteller account currency and approximately a 3.99% conversion fee is added. All six platforms in this list work with USD and my Neteller account is also in USD, so this fee did not apply during testing. If your Neteller account is at different currency, verify what the casino uses to safe a bit of money from added fees.

Inactivity fee

Neteller charges a fee on accounts with no transaction activity for more than 12 consecutive months. This will erode the balance for all players who set up the wallet for sweepstakes play and then disappear for a year. Either use your account at least once every few months or withdraw the balance to your bank when you are not active.

Withdrawing from Neteller to your bank

Some fees may apply when transferring a Neteller balance out to your bank account, so verify current rates at Neteller directly.

How to Buy Coin Packages Using Neteller

Step 1: Make sure your Neteller account has funds available and the KYC is complete before attempting a purchase.

Step 2: Go to the coin purchase or cashier section.

After you have done step one, simply navigate to the coin purchase or cashier section.

Step 3: Pick Neteller as the payment method.

If you don’t see it in the cashier, then it is not supported in your location.

Step 4: You will get redirected to Neteller log in page.

On desktop you need to enter your email and password, while on mobile you can log in with your biometrics.

Step 5: Confirm the payment amount.

Neteller will show you the exact number before you confirm, so always check if it matches the package price.

Step 6: Go back to the casino.

Most platforms work an automatic redirect after payment is confirmed.

Step 7: Verify the SC balance.

Before you jump straight into playing, check whether you received the right amount of Gold Coins and Sweeps Coins.

One mobile tip: If you have the Neteller app installed on your device, allow the biometric authentication, because it makes it the fastest mobile checkout I’ve tested across all payment methods.

Which Sweepstakes Casinos Support Neteller Redemptions?

Purchasing and prize redemptions via Neteller are not the same thing. They are not always available at the same platform and if a casino lists Neteller as a payment method tells you nothing about whether you can receive prize redemptions.

CasinoNeteller PurchasesNeteller RedemptionsRedemption Speed
Crown Coins CasinoYesYesUnder 24 hours
FreeSpin CasinoYesYes12-24 hours
LoneStar CasinoYesYes24-48 hours

Five of the six platforms I tested support Neteller for purchases and redemptions with Jumbo88 being the only exception. Neteller is listed in the withdrawal section, but does not work for US accounts when you try to submit a prize request. It was confirmed by support as well and covered in Jumbo88’s review above.

If you check out the SC redemption walkthrough in each casino, you will see that whenever Neteller redemptions are not available, ACH bank transfers are the most common alternative. It was available at every platform during my testing, but it was the slowest with waiting times up to 5 business days vs. Neteller’s 12-48 hour timeframe. You can see all prize redemption options in our prize withdrawal guide.

Debit cards are easier for purchases, because you don’t need account setups and there are not fees, while SC credit instantly. But they can’t receive redemptions. Neteller handles both type of transactions at five of the six platforms in this list, making it more useful for players who want one account to manage everything. If you plan to redeem regularly and your casino accepts Neteller withdrawals, the setup effort is worth the extra time spent.

Bank transfers are the most universal method, but also the slowest. Neteller redemptions usually take maximum 48 hours, while ACH transfers need 3-5 business days to arrive into your account. If you want to see more payment options, check casinos that accept PayPal.

Common Neteller Issues and How to Avoid Them

  • Account verification delays: Neteller uses a KYC review before the full functionality of the wallet is available. I completed verification before my first casino transaction, so submit your documents ahead of time to avoid delays before the first use.
  • Failed redemptions listed as available: Jumbo88 listed Neteller in its withdrawals tab, but it is not available for US accounts. It’s important to always test with a small redemption before assuming a method works.
  • Email address mismatch at Crown Coins: Crown Coins needs a verification that your Neteller account email matches your casino account. If you’ve used different emails, it creates a block that support must resolve manually.
  • Welcome bonus exclusion at BigPirate: BigPirate excludes e-wallet transactions from the welcome bonus eligibility. Use a debit card for your first payment to get the bonus package, and then continue with Neteller.
  • Currency conversion: If you Neteller account uses different currency from the casino’s transaction currency, 3.99% conversion fee applies without a warning. All six platforms in this list use USD, so this fee is relevant for players with non-USD Neteller accounts.
  • Inactivity fee: Neteller charges a fee after 12 months of inactivity. If you set up your wallet and then never return, your balance will slowly erode. If you don’t plan using it frequently, withdraw your funds back to your bank account.

FAQ

Is Neteller better than Skrill for sweepstakes casinos?

The functionality is almost identical, since both are owned by Paysafe. They have similar fee structures and support payments and prize redemptions. During my testing of the six platforms, Skrill had a slightly better redemptions support as it worked in both directions at all six, while Neteller was not available for withdrawals at Jumbo88.
